I guarantee you, there are people who have done what you want to do in some form or fashion. The fastest way for you and I to absorb literally decades worth of knowledge and wisdom from them, is to hire them. [02:15] As an example, we’ve had tremendous success with the Tribe Course. As a result, there’s been a lot of people who want continued help. But, I’m limited to how many people I can help at any given time. Not only that, but my consulting services are very expensive. So, the reality is, we’ve got way more people that want help, but it’s either outside of their budget or I’m completely maxed out. We had to get somebody’s help who had been there. So, that’s exactly what we did and the outcome has been hugely successful. [08:36] So why don’t more people do this? I’ll tell you the big reason. Three letters, one word. Ego. I’ve seen so many people including some close friends who have avoided hiring people or have avoided writing a check because they feel like it’s going to be some sort of weakness. It’s not a weakness to hire somebody. It’s the fastest path to success. I’ve seen people try to get coaching and consulting for free. What I’ll tell you is to just pay for it. Invest in it. I mean do you want your customers wanting what you offer and asking for what you offer for free? No, you don’t. Be the customer you want to attract. [09:38] If you want to get fast results, the fastest way to get it is to hire somebody. Get help. The second step is to listen to what they say and follow their guidance. Then and only then (after you follow their guidance) do you tweak and tune it. Because, sure, there’s going to be some modifications that you’re going to want to make. There’s going to be some things that you’re going to learn as a result of implementing what they teach you. But do it the way that they suggest first and then tweak it and tune it afterward. So, end of the day, write a check, my friends. Get help. It’ll save you a ton of time and frustration and you’ll get the results you want much faster.
